    Job DescriptionWhat are you going to do as an Account Manager?You are going to working in a large scale cloud solution firm with over 50years of experience in Hong Kong market and a variety of client base. As the Account Manager, you will up-sell the current client and expand the new client base.
    • Provide premium and professional account service to assigned “Corporate accounts” to maintain good relationship and to generate new business opportunities on Cloud Solutions
    • Regular review and update with customer to ensure customer success in their cloud journey
    • Develop, record, accurately forecast and report pipeline for attaining revenue and profit targets
    • Work with Cloud Solution Architect to design cloud services and solutions to meet customer specific needs and engage in the whole selling cycle
    • Assist in and actively support marketing activities such as seminar, event, roadshow, training and webinar
    • Team play with operation and service teams to look after existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and customer success
    • Partner management
      •Work directly with partner to drive sales cycle in appropriate timeframes to meet revenue targets

    Job requirements

    Requirements
    • Degree in any discipline
    • 4 years of working experience in IT solution sales or account management of corporate B2B business (Telecom/ISP/SI partners with Microsoft Cloud sales experiences are highly preferred)
    • Knowledge in Cloud solutions such as Office 365 and Azure, Cloud backup and security solution and Managed service is an advantage
    • Passionate, aggressive, agile, self-disciplined, strong planning and eager to success in being a trusted advisor
    • Effective communication, interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills
    • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
